- Choose the reason for your return from the available options. These reasons include:
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Product
- Broken/Damaged Item
- Fake Product
- Expired Product
Step 4: Choose Refund Method:
- Select your preferred refund method. Depending on the situation and your preference, you might be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
Step 5: Submit Return Request:
- Review your return request to ensure all information is accurate.
- Click the “Submit” button to initiate the return process.
Step 6: Await Confirmation:
- After submitting your return request, please allow up to 24 hours for our team to review your request and respond.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with further instructions on how to proceed.

Products with tampered or missing Serial Universal Product Code (UPC) numbers will not be accepted for returns. - Perishable Goods:

Items in the beauty, health, and personal care category fall under non-returnable items. - Jewellery, Innerwear, Bed Sheets, Lingerie, and Socks:
For hygiene reasons, jewellery, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie, and socks are non-returnable. - Books and CDs:
Books and CDs are not eligible for returns.
