Pap special is a fermented cereal porridge that is popularly referred to as “Ogi”, “Koko” or  “Akamu” in Nigeria, West Africa. This premium product is  made from whole organic corn kernels that were purchased from reputable source with Canadian certification as being organic.  Pap Special has classic “sour” taste that ogi or akamu is fondly known for. When cooked, it can be served with milk, sugar/honey. Corn is an excellent source of carbohydrate, and it’s cholesterol free.

This is non-dried product and must be kept refrigerated.
